IN RCM UNDER GST LEGAL SERVICE PROVIDED BY ADVOCATE ARE CAME UNDER GST. BUT IF LEGAL SERVICE PROVIDED BY OTHER THAN ADVOCATE . THEN IT WILL BE CAME UNDER RCM OR NOT ???/

If service is provided by person other than advocate the tax is not payable under RCM.

No but principal has to submit details goods sent and received in form GST-ITC-04.
