We are registered dealer of mahindra vehicle. we purcahsed old vehicle from customer and sale to other customer.
we pay gst only on the margin we earned.
do we doing right

Yes ,if you are a dealer ,gst required to be charged only on margin (Sale - purchase)

but sir we are doing unregistered purchase....is there any rcm liability

No GST required to be paid under RCM for purchase from unregistered persons.
