running employee transport business 4 seater,7 seater and more seater vehicle , i want to purchase white plate car, can i claim itc?

Input Tax Credit (ITC) is generally not available on a white plate (private use) car, even if purchased in a company's name, because it is considered a blocked credit under Section 17(5) of the CGST Act, 2017. A white number plate signifies personal or non-commercial use.
