One of our dealer switch from composition to regular on 1.4.2018. But he received goods on bill dated March can dealer take input bcoz he received goods after switch from composition to regular

Yes He Can Take Credit as Credit Can Be Taken only after Goods are received Not On Basis of Bill Date
