(Querist)
17 September 2020 we are looking to start Restaurant cum canteen. In which we will have seating arrangements with ac and will server Snacks. Another thing we will also going to server Fixed Lunch Pack and will also deliver Packed Lunch to Offices and outside stores and home. Should we get registration Under 5% No ITC ? or we have to take it under 18% regular Registration? Please Advice.
