which document will be issued for supply of goods (stock transfers) between distinct persons?

Issue tax invoice and claim ITC.

Supplies among distinct and related persons are taxable under GST. So, need to issue Tax Invoice.

The distinct person will be treat as other person and GST will be chargeable. So, Issue Tax Invoice with GST.
