Gst credit on air conditioner

07 June 2018 I have purchased an AC for office in factory premises for Rs. 37000 (GST inclusive). Is GST input credit available?

If I sell this AC at my purchase price (37000), can I issue a bill to the buyer? And can the buyer avail its credit?
Please answer with procedural requirements.

07 June 2018 1. Yes.. You can avail the ITC.

2. Yes... If Buyer used in his business premises...

07 June 2018 Sir, where should the selling party reflect it? In which gst return?

Buyer will treat it as normal purchase of capital goods?

If seller is selling at same price, he will transfer entire credit without deduction?

07 June 2018 If Sales details will be shown in GSTR 1 return if Dealer register under regular scheme...

The seller is registered dealer manufacturer.
My query is if the selling party has to show it as regular sales in gstr-1 or to show it as sale of capital goods and reverse credit?
AC is not its regular product. So by nature, is it output tax or credit reversal?
