As GSTR 4 filing is not started yet, should i make payment of GST before 18 Oct. or is it ok if I'll pay it later?

Payment make on or before 18th October. Then only we can escape Interest...

Only Date of return filing extended upto 15 Nov 2017 but you have to pay tax upto 18 October.
