Gst and rmc on rent

17 September 2017 If suppose landlord crossed 20 lakh limit having gst no and don't raise invoice towards rent from tenant and the tenant pays gst in rmc directly .here anyway govt got gst collected in rmc way . What will be the implications to landlords?
