20 August 2017 sir main ek transport agency operete karta hu maine gst bhi liya hua hai but company ne mera rcm deduct kiya hai kya mujhe gst 3b bharna hoga plz give me right suggestion thanks

20 August 2017 If you take GSTIN then you have to file GST Return. You can file nil return if there is no supply by you or in all supply receiptent is liable to pay tax.
