Dear experts
GST WILL BE EMPLIMATED ON OR AFTER APRIL-10
ANY TIME.I WANT TO KNOW THAT WHAT WILL BE REGISTRATION PROCEDUTRE AND RETURN FILING PROCEDURE FOR THAT TYPE OF ORGANISATION to those type of unit who has a more than one unit?

deadline for GST is 01/04/2011 ,.,,,it might also be delayed.,,

It was supposed to be implemented wef 01-04-10.
However, the FM has hinted that the the implementation might get delayed.
Since no draft rule and act has been notified yet, there is no clarity on procedural issue and too pre mature to speculate.
