Gst need not to be paid on advance received for supply of goods. Whether it is applicable to all organizations?

It's applicable to all organizations from 1st July to 12th October....
From 13th October to 14th November applicable to above 1.5cr T/O firms....
Form 15th November only applicable for Service related activities...
