28 June 2017 if any person is purchasing goods without invoice and also selling the same without invoice , how he will be caught in gst for tax evasion

01 July 2017 Suppose he purchase without invoice from a registered dealer/un-registered dealer/manufacturer (we may called him as first supplier) . in such an event if those first suppliers would have to procure such goods on invoice than on sale of such goods even without invoice , they will have to be bound either to show sales of such goods or to show stock in hand of such goods. if he ( first supplier) sales even without invoice will not be able to adjustment of ITC on such goods if he not showing sales of such goods. Government would have to collect GST already when first dealer purchase such goods.
IF THE FACTORY MAKING SUCH GOODS SOLD WITHOUT INVOICE AFTER PROCURING ALL INPUTS WITHOUT INVOICE THAN WILL BE POSSIBLE TO EVASION OF GST .
