22 December 2014 wanted to ask that will gst will be applicable for nov 2015 exams and also is there any changes in ISCA for nov 2015. please reply its urgent

22 December 2014 isca has already been changed so much, so chances are less.

for gst if that is approved by lok sabha, rajya sabha and president assent is given and is also notified in the gazette of india on or before 1.4.2015 then it may be introduced in the course by icai.

Advisable to keep yourself updated on icai website notification tab and under students option on home page.

22 December 2014 It is quite unlikely that it will be made applicable for NOV 2015.
Try to think from the other side of the table as well....Will there be COMPETENT people to set the question paper for GST.
So? There has to have a COOLING period before it is duly introduced in CA exam.
