10 February 2018 We have been paying GST on reverse charge on GTA (Freight) from July17-Jan 18- @ 18% and claiming back.
Is it correct or should we pay 5% GST and claim back as RCM

10 February 2018 No... It's not correct. No more requirements for Tax @ 18%
Yes... You can pay @ 5% under RCM basic and You can get back it as ITC...
