one of our client has got gross receipt of rs 19.00 lacs , he doen't have any registration under service tax rules, and he has not paid any s.tax till date ,what are the consequences & remedies?

Interest and penalties are applicable. Furteher, the penalty is only payable upon receipt of the SCN.advise is first get registered and pay the ST along with interest 13%p.a
