provision for gratutity admissable expenses

There is not system to reflect the Gratuity payable in Balance Sheet.
Gratuity expenses are recorded only as and when actually paid to outgoing staff member.
In case of Gratuity Fund Trust - the amount must be contributed as per certified valuation of a qualified Actuary.
