I have a query about Gratuity, i completed 4 years of service in our office, still how many days of service required for me to get eligable for gratuity.

5 completed year of service so one more year to serve for you to be eligible to get gratuity

Actually sir, I Read in online if 4 years 8 Months completed year service also we can get gratuity so that am asking. if suppose i want to leave that company am I eligible, and also in website it clearly showing 240 days working in each year of completed service is sufficient to get gratuity,
So, I want clarity on the sam.
