Kindly advise is it legal for purchase of Plot FROM GPA issued to Third Party other than Blood relation and is there any taxes is to be payable

03 August 2020 Yes, it's legal to purchase plot from GPA holder other than relative. No tax payable if stamp duty value and value as per sale deed.
