04 November 2011 Transporter charge service tax in bill , can i get a cenvat credit of the same in my future payment of service tax.
and another question is i am purchasing some materials and transport chgs is included in the bill & service tax is included in transport chgs can i get cenvat credit of the same.

04 November 2011 it is company liability to pay service tax on transporter bill. So even if transporter is charging it is company liability to pay service tax. So don't pay transporter, deposit it yourself if you are company.
you can take credit of this service tax.

for second question: if there is byfrigation of freight and service tax on bill only then you can take credit. if there is a consolidated figure of freight you will not get credit.
