you should get the folowing documents
1. LR copy
2. Service tax paid challa GAR -7
3. Service input taken register (annx 7)
4.verify the service tax payable by consignee, Consignor,GTA
5.Input & out put freight details
6.input freight exemption upto 700
7.out freight exemption upto 1500 per consignment
8.ST payable only on 25% of the GTA paid
