Dear Sir,
My company has a branch in kolkata and delhi.
Delhi branch wants to received goods from kolkata to be sold in delhi at our retail outlet. Please let me know the legal formalities in this regard.

1. You have to obtain sales tax registration in both states (West Bengal and Delhi)
2. You can transfer goods from Kolkata to Delhi under F Forms issued by Delhi branch
3. You have to file VAT and CST returns in both states separately
