GMCS urgent

I have heard that fees for GMCS is increasing to RS.12000/- from the present Rs.4000/- w.e.f 1st sept 2009 i.e tuesday.I have to do it in the next 3-4 mths.So,my query is can i register myself at the present fees and join a later batch.Till when is the registration valid ?
Or there is no such time limit ? 31st aug i.e monday is the last day. Pls reply..and I need a sure answer...

There is no any circular with reference to GMCS fees increased In The ICAI website

The fees is same. However you may register yourself in the present fee structure.

Have a sepcific chat with ICAI officials as early as possible for an early regn,
