I have to register for GMCS part I and II or only for GMCS old pattern

i believe you started before 1 May 2012, so you shall be covered under the old scheme only.

you have to register for old gmcs course only

If you have to registered in old pattern then GMCS I & II will not apply and old GMCS provision will be applicable on you.
