03 August 2013 I had purchased one plot on my own. now i want to gift that plot to my son. what is the cheapest and safest method so that my daughters can not put any claim on it in future and also my son need not spend money to get it in his name

03 August 2013 then you should make a valid gift deed in the name of your son on a stamp paper along with 2 witnesses and then you should get it registered with the jurisdictional court.
