Kindly let me know how many times we can give gift to same person to same person through Gift deed in a year or how many times we can make Gift deed for the same person to same person.

There is no bar in number of times gift be given, if you have specific reasons or occasions to gift the same person. Taxability will be in aggregate of all the gifts received, subject to exemption available u/s.56(2) of IT act.
