My uncle desires to gift me $ 20,000. He is a
NRI. Does the gift attract Gift Tax ? If so what would be the rate of Gift tax and if you can get me the format of the Gift Deed.

Go ahead , if you uncle is relative in terms of sec. 56 then no taxation issues in India . Also no FEMA issues are there.
