05 January 2013 Dear Sir,
One of my client do not file IT returns and now he is willing to purchase a car of cost around 8 lacs. For being on safe side, how is the idea, if he receives Rs. 1 lac cheques from each of his 5 to 6 relatives.
Please advise me.

It's better to appoint a tax consultant, in case your client is not a farmer and really serious about purchasing such car.

06 January 2013 assessee is not a farmar and his business income is below the taxable limit. Please suggest any better idea.
