get a certified copy of Form 32

11 December 2010 One of our director (Pvt Ltd. Co.)appointed on 1983.We have misplaced origical copy of Form 32 and challan for fees paid for the same. Pls guide to download the same through internet.

12 December 2010 Seek the service of a practising Company Secretary and get a certified copy of the same which can be used as an authenticated document. Other modes are available but for authenticity pl do as above.

13 December 2010 You can yourself check the MCA website by using the option "View Public Documents" after paying Rs. 50/- and download the required form for your records. However the form you are referring to pertains to the year 1983 and its availability in the mca website is doubtful.

Hence the best option is to apply for certified copy by using the "Get certified copies" option in mca website after paying the requisite fee.

Once the fee is paid approach the ROC Office with a copy of the fee receipt. ROC will issue the certified copy.

Procedure of making payment online and/or otherwise? Which bank accepts that payment?

13 December 2010 You can make the payment online only after logging in. Go to services option and select "Get certified copies". It will ask for company details. Once filled, it will list out the documents available. Select the document required, fee will be calculated automatically. Then opt for payment and pay the requisite fees.

However if the document is not available electronically you will have to get it from the ROC physical records. For this ascertain the fee payable from ROC and then make the payment online by using the tab "Pay miscellaneous Fee" under service option.
