A company is willing to generate invoice dated 31/12/2018 on 2nd & 3rd of next month.
Invoice needs to be accompanied by E-Way bill.
Whether it is permissible to generate back dated invoice & E-way Bill

e way bill portal may permit a back dated invoice but e way bill cannot be made in back date. its validity will depend on the distance to be covered.
