Any chartered Accountant working in Audit Firm having COP can apply for Part-time Practise(with the permission of the employer)
If yes, That Person can apply for Bank Audit in his Individual Name.

Yes he can do so provided his name does not appear in the payroll of the employer. i.e. he provides only professional services to the firm

its a matter under consideration of the committee. But a person having COP still can not be an employee
