Sir, i want information for gas subsidy received from central govt. how it is shown in income tax return
it is taxable or not .
i am salaried empolyee.

It is not taxable show it under exempted income.

Subsidy received from cylinder gas purchase is not treated as income same can be adjusted with drawing. Gas purchase is also personal Exps, Subsidy can be adjusted against drawing.
