G/w as per AS-14 & AS-26

12 June 2008 If there is a amalgmation or merger, And liquidating co alreadily have G/w as per AS-26 (Deliberate G/w), further liquidating co also have Capital reserve then
1.can v adjest this G/w and capital reserve against one another?
2. G/w rised thou amalagamation as per AS-14,now there are two G/w in the new amalgmated co.(one as per AS-26 & another as per AS-14), out of both which G/w can be adjest against capital reserve?
