When I filled the return for Assessment Year 2013-14 & When Excel utility is available in the Income tax site for the Assessment Year 2013-14.??

03 April 2013 Not available as yet. Difficult to say when it will be available. Expected sometime in end of may or early june.

if i'll fill my return For fy. 2012-13.
it is compulsory to fill next year return FY2013-14.( compulsory to fill return every year )

04 April 2013 It is not compulsory but advisable to keep the continuity even if income is below taxable limit.
