22 April 2015 yes its from a foreign country..and the invoice is dated in month of january where as in our books its booked in the month of march..then what will be the point of taxation..

22 April 2015 thank yoyu sir..but the invoice is for a technical sevice which is provided in India..so shoud'nt we pay the service tax?
