For example 'X' who purchases wood as raw material and making it as finished product as desired by the customer.Now i am having doubt's whether it includes any service as it is made by the wish of the customers and whether he have to obtain any Excise registration as it involves manufacture.In my opinion i thought it doesn't require registration merely because it is undergoing manufacturing process but it doesn't produce any new product it only produces designs to the material.If i am wrong,Please correct me.
