As per Regulation 190A of CA regulations even when you are employed full time elsewhere, can you be a part time COP holder?
Can some one please enlighten on advantages and disadvantages of same. I am a sleeping partner in CA firm but now have a full time job employment opportunity. My CA firm is asking to be a part time COP holder while being in full time employment.

yes it is legal. but the said CA cannot perform attest functions.

yes can get but you can not do the attestion work.
