Full time employee and part time cop simultaneously is legal

05 August 2014 As per Regulation 190A of CA regulations even when you are employed full time elsewhere, can you be a part time COP holder?

Can some one please enlighten on advantages and disadvantages of same. I am a sleeping partner in CA firm but now have a full time job employment opportunity. My CA firm is asking to be a part time COP holder while being in full time employment.
