Hi Friends
can any one suggest me wether I can hold full time COP and work as an employee on full time basis with one of the big corporate of India ?

No. You can not do both the things. You can hold COP but can not do the attestation work or certification works. In that way, the COP becomes a part time COP and not a full time COP.

thanks for reply. What do you suggest in my case, does ICAI allows to hold part time COP? If yes then what are the benifits and disadvantages. B'coz i know i will not be in a position to sign or attest any docs after joinng my emplyoment.
