If liable what is FBT rate ?

30 August 2007 Which intrest ? if it is intrest on car loan used in office then it will be taxble in FBT.

30 August 2007 Hello Dear,

Use of telephone line (including mobile phone ) is chargeable to tax. However, Leased lines are exempt. Internet being aleased line assuming a broad band connection will not be liable to FBT

30 August 2007 Sorry it is Internet, Generally Internate charge liable for FBT because some time the connection available for both Internet & calling purpose, BUT IF YOU CHARGING INTERNRT EXP.SEPERATELY then you can prove that Internet connection used exclucive for data transfer purpose & can escape from FBT.
