Which intrest ? if it is intrest on car loan used in office then it will be taxble in FBT.

Hello Dear,
Use of telephone line (including mobile phone ) is chargeable to tax. However, Leased lines are exempt. Internet being aleased line assuming a broad band connection will not be liable to FBT

Sorry it is Internet, Generally Internate charge liable for FBT because some time the connection available for both Internet & calling purpose, BUT IF YOU CHARGING INTERNRT EXP.SEPERATELY then you can prove that Internet connection used exclucive for data transfer purpose & can escape from FBT.
