Under Ratio Analysis Turnover ratios like Fixed asset Turnover ratio, Working capital turnover ratio etc has to calculate with Net sale or Cost of good sold? Different- differnet books has been diifferent-different formauls. Is there any Statutory provision under any act define Formulas for ratio analysis please provide those.

No. You need to define your own ratio... how you have worked out. (Only problem is the EXAM.... There you need to anticipate what is the minds of question framer)
