Sir, i have applied a public company some query raise by mca. and plase sujest me if Registar (company formed) in gwalior then singing place is mp or gwalior in subscriber page.
Provide NOC for Architect and Finace activities.File affidavit of all promoters and directors also.Place incorrect on sub.pages.cut short main objects to the point only. Form 67 (Addendum) should be filed by 24/08/2013 failing which the eForm shall be treated as invalid and shall not be taken on record. (Please refer Regulation 17 of the Companies Regulation, 1956), please send affidavit format in my mail prabhakarchou@gmail.com
