19 May 2015 1. take Digital signature of proposed directors.
2. apply for DIN No via form DIR - 3
3. apply for proposed name of company via form INC - 1
4. prepare moa/aoa, form inc - 8,9,10, dir - 2 affidavits etc...
5. file form inc - 7, inc - 22 , dir - 12 of incorporation of company
6. after receiving incorporation certificate file INC - 21 regarding commencement of business

20 May 2015 first of all you have to incorporate company. than you have to got food license for your product but it is subject to state law matter.

29 May 2015 may you give your opinion on preparation of Project report on packaged drinking water plant and steps to obtain ISO/ISI certificate regarding its source i.e water its from Borewell or from near River. may it is possible to get permission on the same from Collector or From Panchayat of that region or from ISI/ISO Authority ?
