plz send formate of the balance sheet for SOFTWARE PVT LTD COMPANY,how much reserves and depreciation can i claim according to INCOME TAX ACT and COMPANY ACT.

please download the Schdule VI format from files section. Reserves based the profit earned. As per books depreciation need to calculate as per companies act and Income tax calculation depreciation need to be calculate Income tax act depreciation rates
