In case of change of name of a public limited company , we need to change it everywhere including bank.
for this purpose what kind of resolution is required ,specific for each bank or a general board resolution.
can anybody provide me that format also...

a general board resolution is sufficient
but the resolution should be attached with a letter to the bank.
