Format of noc for form-18

19 April 2013 Dear all Members,

i have a query regarding form-18. my client have not any address prove in State of delhi. and client want to incorporate a company in delhi,now my query is that what is the format of NOC if owner of property is third person. and also suggest me all supported documents.

documents required is
just electricity/water bill and a noc from the owner on a stamp paper of rs 10

19 April 2013 use the format provided by Ankur sir in case the company is already incorporated, or you can use the format i mailed you as in new company there's no BOD before incorporation.
