Format of certificate to be issued by CA to the company making payment in foreign exchange out of india for services received.

for ascertaining the nature of the remittance,

(Name and complete address of the person to whom the remittance is being made)
and the rate at which the tax is deductible at source thereon and hereby certify that a sum of
Rs.____________has been deducted as tax at the appropriate rate and has been paid to the
credit of the Government.

Thanks for your reply, actually I want the format of certificate to be issued by CA to a company, while paying royalty or fees for technical services, to a country with which we have Double Taxation avoidance agreement.
