04 August 2014 In form 103 there is column regarding date on which deed of articles has been executed?? What is this date,it should be same as commencement of articles?
My commencement of articles is on 11-7-2014, i took stamp paper on 10-10-2014. So date on which deed of articles has been executed would be 10th or 11th

04 August 2014 I did not get u sir. Stamp paper is taken on 10-7-2014. But my commencement of articles is on 11-7-2014. I have written same date in form 103. Can deed of articles be executed before 11th.. Now what is my date of commencement of articles 11th or 10th?? Please help me

05 August 2014 yes it is Form 102. and yes it can be executed before actual date of starting articleship.

Please fill the date as it was mentioned on Form 102.

05 August 2014 I took stamp paper on 10th july. But on form 102 i wrote date as 11th july. Is that correct? Is it compulsory that stamp paper date must be written on form 102
