Dear Experts,
We are not taking any ITC (Excise or VAT) as we have no balance in return & we are manufacturer.
Should we have to mandatory file TRAN-1?
Kindly advise.

It's not mandatory.
Who want need ITC as previous Stock then they will be file TRAN 1....

No need to file Trans-1 form if you dont want to take ITC
