13 September 2017 Dear Experts,

We are not taking any ITC (Excise or VAT) as we have no balance in return & we are manufacturer.

Should we have to mandatory file TRAN-1?

Kindly advise.

13 September 2017 No... It's not mandatory. Who want need ITC as previous Stock then they will be file TRAN 1....
