form no 108 delay

17 April 2011 my articleship is completed on 17/3/2011 but im unable to send the form no 108 till now the form is already filled and signed by my principle for condonation request should principle's letter is required to send or only a letter submitted by me with my form is sufficient and shall i send form which is already signed by principle on 28/3/2011 or submit a new form now

18 April 2011 U can submit ur form 108 with letter of condonation enclosing a demand draft of Rs.100. With form.
