10 October 2011 Hi my approval for incorporation of company pending & Message diaplay by MCA21 potal "Pending for approval under regulation 17(6)".....

Remarks shown as following-

"Proper headings in docts col.of moa and aoa not given. Kept in reg. 17 to get make compliance from the promoters." could anyone tell me what is pending in MOA,AOA

10 October 2011 U will see on MCA portal, showing the "pending for approval" status,also shows the reason and details, solution to such status.
If it shows file form 67 as addendum then u shud file the same but if its not shown there then prepare a correct MOA AOA with proper headings, subheadings and points, comma and colons and file form 1 again on MCA.
there it will show that u have already uploaded this form and an option to enter the SRN, then enter the SRN and upload the form. It will save ur filing fees to file the form again n it will be approved within 30 days.
